Laura Secord Chocolatier

In 1913, Frank P. O’Connor started his own handmade chocolate business named Laura Secord to honor her. Mr O’Connor later quotes, “she was an icon of courage, devotion and loyalty.” It started as a small shop in Toronto on Yonge Street. Eventually as the years went by, more and more stores opened across Canada, it is Canada's biggest and most well known chocolatier.
